Color was not dark blue as advertised

Beautiful & top quality tissue paper.

I have bought this paper from you previously, via Amazon. Thought I was buying the same grey color, as thehoto and references were the same. In this current order, the color is much darker. It would have helped if you had let me know the color had changed from the presentaion shown.

The tissue paper is not red and when I contacted Factory Direct about the color being mis represented on the website, all they told me was that they would update the color. They have not updated the color and for what it's worth, the actual color that was sent was more coral. For anyone looking for a bright red tissue paper, do not buy this. One pack was also short 40 sheets.

The color is not correct, it's a bright blue, not dark. I would highly recommend updating your website and color descriptions. We also had issues with your red tissue paper that is NOT red.

4 stars only due to the fact that the edges of all the tissue papers had small tears and rips up and down. Fixable with a packaging improvement, but none the less it still works, just make sure to fold in those bad edges lol.
