At Factory Direct Party, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, please Call Us within 30 days to obtain a return code for your unopened merchandise. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened items. Please ensure that your return includes the provided return code to facilitate timely processing and refund issuance.

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We have aggressive shipping rates with carriers, and are happy to pass along our discounted rates.

You can request a return label from Factory Direct Party which will be deducted from your return refund unless otherwise agreed upon.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at info@factorydirectparty.com for approval and detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns (those sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you encounter any defects, damages, or discrepancies (such as receiving an incorrect item), contact us right away. Providing us with photos of the issue will expedite the evaluation process, allowing us to resolve the matter swiftly, be it through replacement or refund.

Refunds

Following the receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that the posting of the refund to your bank or credit card account may require additional time.
