Order Processing

Order cut-off times are at 2:00 P.M. EST, and orders placed thereafter will be batched with the next day's orders. In recognizing that it is important that you get your order in a timely fashion, in the event that an item ordered is found to be out of stock, your order will ship and you will be refunded the difference in product and shipping costs. Please note that shipping timelines are contingent on the individual carriers' schedules. Orders placed between Friday 2:00 P.M. EST and Sunday 11:59 P.M. EST will process on Monday. Orders with expedited shipping methods — including Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2-Day, and Express Saver — may not be able to ship as an express shipment when containing novelty firecracker / firework items, or if the order is bulky in size. Bulky orders are typically classified as orders placed for large quantities of dimensionally large items with a low weight-to-size ratio such as ice buckets, wine cups, toasting flutes, etc. In the event that your order is classified as a bulky shipment, you will be contacted by our shipping department with the options of having your order shipped Fedex Ground, having your order canceled, or paying a higher fee to maintain the expedited shipment as is.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are currently only available to government and military organizations, as well as public school districts. In order to process your PO, we require a copy of your original PO. Please send the copy of your PO via e-mail to info@factorydirectparty.com or fax it to (718) 953-8038, Attn: CS-PO. Please be sure to include a contact name, telephone number and e-mail address.

For all other organizations, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover) as well as checks and money orders. Please note that orders placed by check or money order will not ship until payment clears. We do not recommend this method if an order is needed within 2 weeks.

Privacy Policy

At Factory Direct Party we will not sell, share, or make publicly or privately available any information collected from users. Information will be used strictly for the process of filling and shipping orders. Information may be shared with other parties directly involved in the processing and shipping of orders. We use 128-bit SSL security to ensure that all the information you submit to us is protected from theft or exploitation.

• Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for stolen packages. Confirmation of delivery by any carrier is what we will use to determine whether we have filled and delivered your order.
• Factory Direct Party reserves the right to refuse service to customers found to be using offensive language, threatening, screaming, or being otherwise obnoxious for no reason.
