For seamless transactions, we welcome payments through major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or ShopPay in our online shop.

Our refund policy at Factory Direct Party is designed with your satisfaction in mind. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days to get a return code for your unopened items. Remember, the products must be in their original condition for eligibility. We can't accept returns of opened items. For more details see our returns and refunds policy.

Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
  • We are located in the United States and ship all orders from West Pittston, Pennsylvania.
  • You will receive an email when your package ships with the expected arrival date.
  • We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the carrier's responsibility.

At Factory Direct Party, we're committed to delivering your party essentials efficiently and securely. That's why we've teamed up with leading shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. These partnerships help ensure that your items are handled with care and arrive on schedule. As soon as your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email, so you can keep an eye on your shipment's progress through the FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking sites, depending on the carrier used for your delivery.

We're thrilled to serve our international customers. Please be aware that international orders may incur additional charges such as import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

All customs paperwork for international shipments will accurately reflect the value of your order's contents. If you have any questions about international shipping or need assistance, don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to support you every step of the way.

At this time, we can only offer free standard shipping to the continental United States on orders of a minimum of $59. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

  • Please let us know of changes as soon as possible. After the package has been processed and delivered to the carrier, we will be unable to make any changes.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address before shipping.
  • We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
  • Reshipment on packages returned to us due to incorrect address reship at the customer's cost.
  • If packages are lost or stolen in transit, please understand that we are not liable once they have been delivered to the carrier.
  • Unless you have opted to insure these packages, we cannot be responsible for any refunds on lost or stolen packages.
  • Be sure to check with your neighbors and surrounding area to locate the package and then contact your local post office if you are unable to locate the package.
  • Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.
